I don’t usually reblog things like this, but this is so true for so many girls.
It actually shocks me in the worst way that there are teenagers will self-confidence. I am so deeply insecure about everything I do, the idea of being sure of my looks, personality or skills is completely foreign to me. I also think that the most insecure girls don’t complain about it, or post pictures on facebook saying “oh my god, I’m so ugly!” because those types of girls just need the attention of being told they’re pretty…I could never do that because I don’t believe anyone would disagree because they truly disagreed, only because they’re my friend.
The problem is…part of me knows that there is nothing as wrong with me as I believe there is…I just can’t get past it.
I think thats the problem with a lot of girls my age. So blinded by our flaws that we can’t move past them to find the good.
